You can cancel your order through our web chat. To chat with Hollie, our virtual assistant, simply click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Hollie will need your order number and email address to check the status of your order. If your order hasn’t been processed, you can cancel it with just a click. Alternatively get in touch here.
