We've teamed up with Ocado and have launched 11 SKUs available for purchase on their website. Plus, there will be an additional 40 SKUs added by the end of January.
Ocado has a dedicated customer service team ready to assist with any queries related to our products when they're bought from the Ocado site.
If a customer contacts us directly but has purchased through the Ocado website, we will need to advise them to get in touch with the Ocado Customer Service team directly.

- Damaged items
- Faulty items
- Price differences
- Short dated items
- Out of date items
There are a few scenarios that will be sent through to Zendesk and will be picked up and dealt with by the CT team. For example:

- Adverse reactions
- Allergies
