We're sorry to hear that your code isn't working. Here are a few things you can check:
- Codes can typically only be used once.
- Codes cannot be stacked with other discount codes.
- Some codes only apply to specific items, while others are excluded.
- Certain codes require a minimum spend.
- Codes have expiry dates, so make sure to use them in time.
- All discount codes should be applied on the basket page under the Discount Codes & Offers section once you are happy with your order summary.
- If you have been provided a code from customer service please ensure you enter the whole code provided including any letters or symbols.
- Some codes are App exclusive.
